Cancellation and Refunds
If you have ordered goods from us and they are not yet in transit, you may cancel your order without giving a reason. You will have no obligation and we will return your money. If you have ordered goods, and they are in transit, you may cancel your order but the delivery charge wouldn’t be refunded. If you have received goods, you may cancel your order at any time within 14 days of the date you received them. You must tell us that you wish to cancel. You must also send the goods back to us (at your own expense) within that same 14 day period. More details are available about this below. Goods Returned
You can return your goods within 14 days of the date which you received them. The pallet must be shrink-wrapped and the goods in the same condition as when you received them. All returns will be charged the return delivery charge and we will advise you of this cost. You could also return the goods to us yourself at your own cost. That’s the legal stuff, but first of all why not voice any concerns you have with us through email or give us a call to discuss your concerns. We want you to be happy with your Lloyds Spar purchase so you can talk to us at any time. Please note if you do need to cancel an order, contact us immediately so we can attempt to stop it leaving our yard.
